Win Tom's Signature Gibson Guitar
- AngelsAndAirwaves.comTo celebrate the launch of MACBETH's new website and the release of their new Studio Projects series they are holding a contest to win a pair of shoes from each of the three artists: Tom D., Hunter Burgan and Fred Mascherino. You can also win a Gibson ES333, Tom's Signature Gibson guitar. Head to MACBETHFOOTWEAR.com to check out the site and enter to win.
"The Tom DeLonge Signature starts with Gibson's classic semi-hollowbody design and then jams it into overdrive with an overwound 'Dirty Fingers' humbucking pickup. Its thick, distorted tone is the signature sound of So-Cal punk rock."

DeLonge hand made optics
- AngelsAndAirwaves.comCheck out the DeLonge optics by MACBETH. They are hand made with acetate frames and the lens has 100% UV protection, so they are comfortable and easy on the eyes... some say they even give you good looks. You can find them at Loserkids.com and select Metropark locations.
Macbeth Studio Projects
- AngelsAndAirwaves.comMACBETH released last week their plans for a new series of footwear called Studio Projects, featuring limited edition sneakers designed by some of today's hottest artists in rock including Hunter Burgan of AFI, Fred Mascherino of Taking Back Sunday and of course... Tom DeLonge from Angels And Airwaves. Continuing the success of the AVA bonham, Tom took the sneaker to a personal level and added his own art from a canvas painting he made off-tour that was centered around one of his favorite topics... outerspace. He also opted to make it vegan as his tastes are trending toward more environmentally friendly products. The line is set to hit US stores in March and the rest of the world in April. Each pair will come with it's own collection of costumized guitar picks.

Tom is glad blink-182 no longer exists
"The last couple of years were kind of painful. They were getting painful. I'm glad that we moved on. At this moment in time, it's kind of like a fresh break-up, like it would be between a guy and a girl, you just need your space. I hope one day we'll figure it out. But as far as music goes and my career goes, I've found my home for the rest of my life."

Tom on Spin Magazine
First off, thank you for taking time to do this interview.
No, thank you. I'm honored that I'm getting to do this interview with you guys for the first time in a while.
We all know that you changed your music style since you've been in blink-182, but why change your looks?
Yes, I know a lot of you are wondering why I have changed so much but the truth is that I haven't changed as far as my personality. I'm just showing the other half of me, and it's kind of a way of proving that I have more than just one side. I just kind of got bored of my old look that I had for just about 6 years, so I decided to change a little. I'm sure that I'll go back to the way I looked but I don't know when. It could be in 30 years. I just really don't care.
Why take the piercings out?
Like I said, I just kind of got bored of my old look so I decided to change a little. I'm sure I'll put it back in, but I just don't know when.
We know that you sang a Blink and Box Car song on the last tour you went on. Do you think that you will sing anymore songs like that?
I was going to sing a piece of I'm Lost Without You from Blink but I decided that I probably shouldn't because I'm not blink-182 anymore, I'm Angels And Airwaves and it's a completely different sound. I am very proud of the work I did in Blink, but it sadly came to an end.
We haven't seen you in over 2 months, any new changes?
Well, I'm even more handsome than I was before because my hair is black. Many of you probably saw me at the VMA's. But no new looks since the VMA's.
I know you probably get this question a lot but do you think that there is any chance that blink-182 will come back in the future?
I know a lot of you are wondering this. I have said before, I can never say never. There is always a chance. I do think about those guys every day. Playing with them would be a joy but I wouldn't know if they want to and I don't know how I could have the biggest band in the world if I went back to Blink. It would seem as if AVA was a waist of time.
Do you think that you'll ever go back to the punk rock music style?
I will probably. I have always loved punk rock and I'm not going to just let it go. I do miss being a punk superstar in blink-182 but I also like different kinds of music. I sing what I like and I sing what I think my fans will like.
Do you think that you will pick up your ex bandmate's Mark and Travis's album?
Yes, of course. I haven't just forgotten about them. I'm very excited to hear their music.
Thank you for taking your time to do this interview and good luck on your tour.
Thank you. And by the way, my new song will be out within a week or so.

Blink-182 Rocker & Wife Welcome a Son
Former blink-182 singer-guitarist Tom DeLonge and his wife, furniture designer Jennifer, have welcomed their second child, Jonas Rocket DeLonge, the musician's rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
The baby, who was born at 5:03 p.m. on Wednesday in Los Angeles, weighed 7 lbs., 13 oz. and measured 20 1/2 inches.
The couple already have a daughter, Ava Elizabeth, who turned 4 on July 15.
The new arrival certainly won't lack for proper furnishings. In January, Jennifer launched a line of high-end kids' furniture that has won fans including Courteney Cox and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Ava is "our No. 1 tester," Jennifer told PEOPLE in April. "She helps pick out colors – she's a little artist."
Friends since high school, Tom and Jennifer began dating in 1996 and married in 2001, a year after she received a B.A. in fine arts from San Diego State University and started a now defunct interior-design business.
"She's always had such a desire to create and use her amazing mind," Tom told PEOPLE. "That's part of the attraction."
Jennifer also supports her husband's work: While pregnant with Jonas, she and Ava traveled by bus with Tom this spring as he toured the U.S. and Europe with his new band, Angels & Airwaves.
